Custom Steering wheels   has the leather wheel kit you need  for your MX 5 MIATA. Many of these cars did not come with leather  90-98 unless you purchased the special option interior for thousands of dollars. Or the leather has worn off.

You can sew on these kits yourself in leather, covering the spokes sewn up to original specifications.

All kits include thread needles and instructions in top grade automotive leather.

These are not one size fits all generic wheel kits.

MX 5  have 2 versions or same wheel  

 -One  wheel had leather originally - Most common wheel  

 -Base model factory plastic wheel.- never had leather form factory

   we designed a kit for that looks like that original leather wheel

Since these are not generic lace up kits as found at your local car parts store that sews up to an ugly finish -Our  kits do take several hours of sewing up to look like factory! Sewing  kit  included thread needles and instructions .If you have old leather it need to be removed.This will not fit over old leather .If you do not have any leather then either you have the non leather base wheel or previous owner removed it

You don't have to remove the wheel off the column however it is easier to do it off the column.Takes about 4 hours to install.
